FunTrain Chrome extension

These terms apply when you use the FunTrain Chrome extension. By using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

1. Access by invitation

FunTrain is available only to people we invite after a manual review. Your access code is personal: do not share it, sell it or publish it. We may limit access in time, and we may suspend or remove access at any time, for example if these terms are broken.

2. What FunTrain does

FunTrain shows information derived from the public Solana blockchain and sends alerts according to rules you set up. It does not trade, hold funds, sign transactions or connect to your wallet.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing in FunTrain is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Alerts and statistics are automated observations of public data and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose all of the money you put into them. Every trading decision is yours alone.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your access or let others use it;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
• copy, resell or redistribute the service or its data feed;
• use FunTrain for anything unlawful where you live.

5. Third-party sites

FunTrain links to trading terminals, launchpads, block explorers and social networks that we do not control. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.

6. Availability and changes

We provide FunTrain “as is” and “as available”. Features may change, pause or end, and the service may be interrupted without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FunTrain and its developer are not liable for any losses — including trading losses, lost profits or lost data — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the extension or its information.

8. Ending your access

You can stop using FunTrain at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may end your access as described in section 1.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use FunTrain after a change means you accept the updated terms.
